  • Our bodies do their best to be at a homeostasis level. Every body has a different level but the level of body weight you're trying to hit is just not a healthy or sustainable level. Your body will do everything it can to keep your vital organs healthy. You're fighting it with unrealistic and unhealthy weight goals.
