My daily calorie goal is 1600 which depending on what kind of work out I have going on I even stay under! I also fasted for 21 days with my chuch where I only was able to drink water eat fruits and veggies and whole grains I did loose 5 lbs those 21 days but then when I got off the fast and started counting calories again I been gaining weight again. I have done a couple of classes such as body bump too at my gym- makes no sense to me I know that I am counting my callories right

I mean I eat a lot of chicken and healthy stuff such as fruits and veggies. Also I replace one meal in the morning with a shake called lean that's only 230 callories! My main work out is swimming because I grew up to do such I run too but mainly I swim laps for about 40 minutes a day
