Haha I did my pull routine today and I barely broke a sweat, even after lifting higher weight than last time. And the last time I did my pull routine I was sweating buckets lol. Might have to do with humidity.

In your diary where you log your meals theres the exercise tab where you can log the exercises you did and it should spit back a calories burned estimate. Its a rough estimate but at least it gives you an idea. It only works for cardio. If you choose strength theres no calories burned estimate. Hope that helps you.
