Just log the cheat honestly and you'll see that its really not as bad as you think. You really might only go 500 cal over target. Don't do it every day as its hard to come back sometimes. My take on it is this. "I decided to make a life change. I'm not on some 3 month diet plan. I'm changing my eating style for life. So if…

Flash forward 11 years and I'm 75lbs heaver. My 6th generation fat clothes were getting tight and its like I woke up from a sleep and didn't recognize…

You can do sit-ups all day until you pass out but you're not going to see them until you get your body fat to a certain percentage. Heck I could have a 8pack for all I know.
-
You can but its not as accurate.

Lmfao!!!

Ohh might add I try to stay away from the booze as it seems to make me hold water for a few days which makes the scale plateu which causes frustration.

I was a whisky and coke guy before I started counting. Now I do gin and tonic. Gin has 30 or 40 less calories per ounce and tonic is like 70 cals per 8oz? A proper gin and tonic is 1 shot to 2 oz so really its about a 100cal drink. Give or take. Now the problem is when you gave like 5 or 6. Haha

I had a major car accident 11 years ago which basically severed my right ankle at age 22. The doctors attached it as best they cool and saved me from being an amputee. The downside is there's not much bone left in my talus and my foot does not have any range of motion. I cannot run or do high impact anymore either. The…

The naked guy that stands in front of the mirror rubbing body lotion over himself. The naked guy that thinks he's going to squeeze past you in the locker room instead of walking around.

Firstly try to get over the "they're watching me" phobia. Its hard but you can do it. You have to realize that some of them have been in the gym for years and they've earned their physiques and like anything in time with practice you'll look just like them to a newcomber. If you're uncertain ask. The one stupid question is…

If you're sick please stay home. Your sweat and germs can linger on equipment for 30+ minutes after you leave. No sense in getting others sick. I'd suggest if its just cardio you want think about going for a walk outside or something like that

Very nice point. My fitbit charge has the vibrating alarm as well. Took a couple mornings to get used to but its really nice to wake up to something other than an alarm. If my memory suits me the only difference between the charge hr and surge is GPS. If you're not planning on doing your walking outside you could save a…

I've had a charge hr since February and I enjoy it. The hr is almost spot on and its fun to look at my stats and changes throughout the day. Its a bit funky when driving because the bumps count as steps but if you take it for what it's worth its a pretty cool gadget. don't hold high expectations, don't expect complete…

Just order what you want. Its a first date. There's more important things going on you should focus on. Remeber, eating better is a lifestyle change. Not a which wham-bam-n-done. 1 meal is not going to ruin you, plus if he's interested you already at your current figure then body wise you're already in the clear. Relax and…

I have a fitbit chargeHR. I like it. I never expected it to be accurate down to every step but it helps to give a ballpark of steps and heart rate plus calories burned throughout the day. As long as you don't over expect I think you'll be happy with one. If you're one of those people that expect a under $200 wrist gadget…
