I'm new here so I could be wrong but I'm assuming it means grams. Like if you were to look at the Nutrition Facts on foods, it would list how many grams of sugar there are. If that's not right, someone else please correct me.

I haven't gone skinny dipping, but when I'm fit, you know I will! Edit: This was too fast for me. I haven't made my own beef jerky but it sounds fun and delicious. Have you ever played strip poker?
