  • Pizza, always pizza. Which is exactly how I ended up here.
  • I consume no supplements. But do have a protein shake before working out which is just dark chocolate zico, pb2 and vanilla whey protein powder. The other stuff is involved bcs, of course, protein powder tastes awful. Sometimes I will take biotin and niacin only bcs I have bottles that mysteriously appeared one day.
  • Potassium is also my enemy. But a great excuse to drink dark chocolate zico, which has a happy amount of potassium (touts to have the same amt of potassium per serving as a banana), is relatively low in calories and basically tastes like a yoohoo. Also, no chewing involved.
  • Oh these are very good. I have only had the vanilla but enjoy it. Even better: I can stand how good it is. Also bertolli frozen meals have been satisfying a sudden and insatiable need for all the pasta everywhere.
  • I use equal and enjoy it. I think the key to enjoying diet drinks and substitutes for me was weaning into it. I disliked diet coke, Splenda etc. then i discovered diet peach snapple... Oh boy! I suppose it adjusted my palette to accept sugar substitute. Then I found myself enjoying coke zero when prior to I couldn't drink…
