I just looked at your diary and you seem to be eating plenty, also I noticed alot of sweets, that might be a bad idea with all those bad teeth. at least it's not helpful if you know what i mean.

First, congrats on the baby, second, welcome and C. don't look at the 80 lbs as a whole. Just one day at a time, keep pushing forward and one day you will stop and go "woah, I lost 80 lbs" Best wishes on your journey!

Being healthy has nothing to do with adding no flavor!!! Chicken is a quick and easy item, especially cooking a bunch up to meal prep. Things that you serve it with, rice and veggies, make it chinese or mexican. Very versatile!

Starting slow and being consistent is a great beginning. I'm down 81 with just watching calories and walking. I add in the occasional bike ride or hike and i'm not worried about going all hard core. Slow and steady!! You are off to a great start.

I just peaked at your diary and I am seriously concerned, someone mentioned 800 calories but you didn't even have that for the day, another day was even lower, are you logging everything? You cannot sustain on that amount of calories. Please follow guidelines, they are there to keep you HEALTHY!!!

Has anyone else already mentioned arm pits being smaller??? Trying to shave these crazy things and they like cave in now, i gots skinny in my pits!!!! I didn't know they were fat, but i suppose they were too! LOL

Definitely measure yourself, and unless you have one of those 3 way directional mirrors you won't be able to see all the places you are losing weight. I started at 270 and it seemed like 30, 40 lbs gone was when I really noticed. Bra seemed to be lose first! My back now is much smaller but i can't get around there to look!

I cut them out at the advice of a nutritionist and it really helped my hunger stop. I have read articles that diet sodas cause you to be hungrier but of course I ignored those, now i'm a believer. I have about a small glass a day or not at all and drink mostly water without add-ins because there's the fake stuff again.

Oh one reason to not be to cray cray about your retorts, I have fallen from manyyyyy a "diet" and all my "oh I don't eat THAT!" came back to bite me when i didn't eat like that anymore, and they rubbed it in my face.......

One thing to remember is if you feel upset about not being able to stick with 1300 is binging and WAY OVER isn't going to fix anything. Part of it is the amount of time you've been at it, after months of losing weight I started getting more questions and less food pushing, after 1 1/2 years they just don't even offer, they know i'm doing my thing and it's not just a fad or faze i'm going through.

Find friends with interests like yours no matter what the age! I'm shocked at people my age using the rolly carts at local stores!

remember you can just as easily run into a pharmacy, grocery or other place that sells yogurts, protein bars, cheese snacks, baked chips etc, I have eaten fast food maybe 5 times in 2 years, I loathe that crap, it kills my belly after eating healthy for so long.
