@godlikepoetyes oh my wow. You and I are so similar in our stories, I was doing a search and this came up. I LOVE IT! People keep asking me for "my secret" and what motivates me. They tend to not believe myfitnesspal and I just do it every day all day.

I'm with you on the drivers seat. For years I claimed my legs must be longer sitting than standing, i had to put the seat back where my hubby did to comfortably reach the petal, now that i have no butt and i'm considerably smaller I have to scoot it way up to actually reach properly.

I think wedding dresses are like that. my sister was a smaller size but 14 for her wedding dress. I have an old 10 formal dress, it's so much smaller than an off the rack 10 now. US sizes.

So NOT true! I read about male vanity sizing, took my husbands jeans from old navy and measured the waist, a 36 was actually 41 inches!!!!! no wonder they were falling off!!

Knowing why i'm not still losing and just not wanting to put in the effort. I've become complacent. I've lost 80+ and i'm smaller than i've been in FOREVER, I got so many compliments and i've enjoyed eating more at maintance and I know i've still got 50ish to lose for goal. I keep tracking and try to make better decisions…

Thinking I can handle my trigger foods, like ice cream. If I buy a quart planning ahead to only eat 1/2 cup, it might be okay the first day but i'm having 3 cups for dinner the next night. Now I just plan for a cone at a local place so I can't overindulge. After the previous incidents I'm beating myself up thinking all my…

I personally chose to not eat certain things so I can reach my goal quicker plus I know that I will have more calories at maintenance. I also don't bring certain foods into the house like say ice cream, because i feel powerless to the draw BUT if i'm out and want 1 cone it works better for me.

LOVE that quote!!

Think about how you felt dragging that extra weight around. Would you really want to strap it all back on? I completely understand as I went bathing suit shopping recently. Even though last year was an 18W and this year is a 10/12 juniors, I see the fat, the part I want to just chop off. BUT I know I feel soooo much…

That's funny that you did the monetary amount, I would do the calorie amount, 310 for the whole thing 62 apiece. Not horrid but probably not an everyday splurge.
-
peesh, don't exaggerate it's the THIRD order gawd
-
They'd fry kale too but it wouldn't sell, too "healthy" lol
-
It's bacon coated in a batter and then fried "LIKE" chicken, we have chicken fried steak and such also. it's a down south county thing mostly.
-
'Murica!!! If we can coat it and fry it, we will do it!!! Fried oreos, fried twinkies, fried mac!!! Glory be to fried foods everywhere! And we wonder where the obesity epidemic comes from BWHAAHAA
-
Amazing and congratulations that you have joined the 100 gone club! You rock!!!
-
Oh wow so that's just maintenance??? how do you go about getting your metabolism tested? i'm curious to know what mine actually is.
-
stevia, or raw local honey
-
You are doing GREAT! and 4 months, ahhh I remember that. I've been 18 months and yes I'd like it to be over, but I know i will always have to count so it's just a journey!
-
Don't say only 5, that could have been none or wrong direction, so nice start!!! Also if you are really honest with yourself, log everything you eat, nibble or chew, it will be easy to lose your first goal. LOG EVERY DAY, if you go over, LOG IT. also if you haven't get a digital scale! I love mine!
