I eat light all day and then have my biggest meal at night along with a snack later. you have the whole 24 hours, all that nonsense about don't eat after 5, blah blah is junk. So if you want to eat dinner at 8 so you don't overeat at night it's ok!

Take a deep breath. Now, who's buying the groceries? make a new list, work on planning some meals and have "good" snacks for binges handy. LOG IT ALL NO MATTER WHAT!!!! Now, throw out the junk. Yes I said throw away food. Do it before you think about it. If it hasn't been opened give it away. You can do this!!!

I go through periods of not wanting certain foods because it seems like a waste of calories but when I tried atkins or paleo and "couldn't have bread" I have never wanted it so bad in my LIFE!!! LOL silly, silly, mind games.

I not only eat different most of the time, my son and daughter eat other stuff too, It's no big deal and works for us. I know what you mean but even as the scale has slowed by size seems to keep dropping steadily, I've lost over 10 inches on my hips alone. So keep up with measurements and how your clothes feel too!
