  • Good advice here. Running a strength program can allow you to burn fat without actually lose any weight, and as a bonus being stronger make life easier in general.
  • What are your goals? Most of the beach body programs are beginner programs and will only take you so far. If you have access to a gym, consider a barbell weight training program such as StrongLifts or Starting Strength.
  • ICF is a good program. Running a program like this while on a "cut" will slow your strength gains, but it will really boost your weight loss. Main thing to remember is to get enough protein to minimize muscle loss while losing weight.
  • Deadlifts are an excellent exercise that target your posterior chain. Glutes, hamstrings, and back. If you're wanting to target your glutes more use stiff legged deadlifts
