  • I didn't. I would just drink lots of water when I felt hungry. Stayed at the1200 cal and lost 10-12 lbs a week and kept it off until I had to have surgery and couldn't exercise for 2.5 years. Now starting all over again.
  • Use a high quality lotion or organic Shea or cocoa butter. It will help them fade.
  • I am assuming you fast two days a week and eat the other 5. Fasting two days a week is very good for you unless you have health problems. You still have to watch what you eat though. Otherwise you compensate for the fasting.
  • Move to Miami. Big butts are coveted there and flat butts disdained. Every man in the city will follow you around if you have a big butt. Don't let a 15 yr old get to you. Teens have their own issues.
  • Open here surgery. Gained 70 lbs after surgery due to activity restrictions and meds. Desperately need to lose.
