In my local whole foods they have a machine where I can grind up my own almond butter or peanut butter...and the almond butter is delicious! Also goji berries in the bulk section

I eat oatmeal with fresh fruit, i switch the fruits I use. Or scrambled egg on top of avocado spread on toast is delicious

I have quit any added sugars also, even honey. Now fruit tastes so much better and anything with added sugars is sickeningly sweet. But one thing I can't find without added sugar is whole wheat bread.. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I use 1/2 cup oatmeal and about 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and any fresh fruit or berries are delicious on it <3

I blend frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, chia seeds, almond Milk and some unsweetened cocoa powder... Delicious!
