It should take about 2 weeks for the cravings to stop if you cut all sugar out of your diet. I am certainly no expert but staying off of the blood sugar roller coaster will make it easier. It can be a nightmare process but worth the effort. Expect headaches and being short tempered (speaking from first hand experience).…
