Spot on! I will also sometimes get a couple of roteserrie chickens and pull the meat off and use for quick lunches as well.

Curious does the the fitbits such ad the surge link up to this app? Such as sleep and exercise and such. I been considering buying but very expensive so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just curious would the quick steel oatmeal work for you? I mean not completely ideal but you definitely would pick up some good from it while short on time. 3 minutes and done I believe!
