I have a weekly weigh in day (every Saturday Morning) which I record as my actual weight but I also weigh myself every morning and record it on a trend app called Libra. I find that this really helps as it stops me from being demotivated by fluctuations. This app gives you a trend analysis over a week, 15 days, month etc…

I believe the term 'eat as much rice as you like' is not a target, it's more the idea of not restricting yourself too much. SW tries to encourage a good balance of all food without weighing and measuring. I think if you are going to sit and stuff your face with rice or pasta etc all day long then the diet prob won't work…

Me too Started in Nov 16 - 216lb Current - 196 lb Goal - 154 lb (42 lb to go). I have been struggling since returning from Holiday. Could do with some motivation. Feel free to add me as a friend for support.

For tracking excercise, sugar intake, and cals etc. Its the best app ive come across for blogs etc too. Although sw isn't cal counting, I still think its good to see what your averaging per day. I have manged to stay within 1200 cals and still be on plan too.

I followed Slimming World in 2012 and lost 3 1/2 stone to get to my target within a year. I stopped going to my class and all weight piled back on. I started back at a new class in November and I just reached my stone award on Saturday. I feel like its going to be a long road back to target but I'm determined to get there…
