Honestly I haven't had one set diet or workout routine. I've tried a lot of different stuff my only rules are; 1) eat 90% clean 2) always be calorie deficient

I agree with everyone's comments. I'm considering visiting a nutritionist just to get myself into a healthier habit. Won't change my goal date though, I don't think it's impossible....
