It's likely tendonitis/tennis elbow. Rest and ice can be helpful. You'll want to ease into activities to strengthen the tendon. There are braces you can wear that can help with the symptoms.

Great job! Awesome work!

Sorry for that bad information. What I had envisioned didn't match up with what I typed. I was picturing a low, very wide and deep platform a couple of inches high, maybe a couple of sheets of plywood stacked. Definitely nothing unstable or limiting in the area you'd work. I appreciate the feedback and definitely see where…

Are there any shallow boxes or platforms you could use to stand on while using the rack?

Awesome! A trainer once told me the best way to be fit is to lift some really heavy *kitten*. You've done it. Great job!

I do not believe in timing of any calories/nutrients. If the food you want, when you want it, fits in your daily goals, enjoy!

Conversely, you can make the entire batch as 1 serving. This will give you the entire batch as XXXX calories. If you want 100g to be your serving size, portion out as many 100g servings as the batch contains and update the recipe to that # of servings. I did this with a huge pot of chili. It weighed about 14 pounds by the…

I've used my wii fit board for big, big portions of stuff. Start with empty, re-weigh when full and estimate portion size by caloric goals. For a big pot of chili I did recently, I knew I'd want 12oz servings, so I just logged the entire pot as one serving, portioned it out into 12oz and counted the servings. I was…

That's the one we use! Every time I'm down to two bottles, we pick up another one (or two) at Costco, afraid they'll get rid of it.

I love my Garmin Vivoactive. I'm intrigued by the Forerunner 225 with built-in heart rate, but the Fitbit Surge I used earlier this year wasn't too responsive to my workout heart rate changes, and I've read the 225 is having similar issues.

Great job! 29 pounds so far demonstrates the dedication required to reach any goal you set. Keep up the great work!

And that 200 calories, 5 days a week for 50 weeks is 14 pounds in a year (if you don't replace it with something else).
-
You are amazing. To overcome such, such tragedy and come out in such a better place is awesome in every sense of the word. Awesome!

Green smoothie, two hard boiled eggs and a protein bar. 500-550 calorie breakfasts don't work for everyone, but they work for me.

Actually, olive oil and butter are not the same in calories. Per 15ml serving (~15g/0.5oz), olive oil is typically 120 calories, and butter is 100. I use both regularly. Typically olive oil for cooking and butter for flavor.

Awesome job! You are amazing!

Consistency is #2 on my personal list of 5 keys to be successful (as noted in my profile).

My goal is 200-220 from a high of 330 (started this year at 315). 261 this morning, so half way there!

We're going to Hawaii next April for our 15th anniversary. I'm going Skydiving! Never been anywhere near the weight limit for something like that, so it's definitely time!
-
I'd rather eat real cheese and use protein powder.

I don't think it's a dumb question at all. Weights are certainly going to tax your body differently, so the sweaty mess you're used to after cardio might not be present after weights, but it doesn't mean you're not getting a good workout. If you want the sweaty mess, just do some cardio after your weights routine, and…

Greenville, South Carolina. I work in Supply Chain for Michelin North America.

Sounds delicious. We've made stuffed peppers and stuffed zucchini boats with venison sausage and ground bison.

Great job! Coincidentally, we live just north of Greenville. :-)

First 3 months, 70 pounds between us (and we're just getting started).

Suggestions: Use a digital scale to weigh/measure your food and learn how to log accurately. With a huge goal of 100 pounds, you'll be wise to set intermediate goals all along the way and reward yourself appropriately (not with food). New outfit, massage, etc. Good luck!

Fat alone does not make us fat, and fatty liver is rarely because of too much fat in our diets. We need a significant amount of fat in our diet for normal cellular function. I'd fire your nutritionist immediately. http://drhyman.com/blog/2013/09/26/fatty-liver-90-million-americans/ I'm a diet-controlled type2 diabetic.…
