Don't get discouraged if you are not losing weight every week. I went for 3 weeks without losing anything, but I went shopping for new shorts and was pleasantly surprised to find I went from 36 inch to 33 inch. Then magically I started losing weight again. I have lost 16 lbs over the last 3 months doing nothing other than walking 5-7 miles a day and watching caloric intake. I occasionally swap a 15 mile bike ride instead of walking.

I wouldn't count it as your new weight. I weigh once a week as recommended by most sites at the same time of day with the same clothing (shorts & t-shirt).

I wear a t shirt with a pocket, that way I can hear the music without earbuds and have quick access to pause or check status.
