I started at 211.6lbs and was a UK size 18/20. I've lost just over 13lbs and now I'm getting closer to a size 16 but my thighs get in the way! I'm hoping my thighs and "apron" will slim down a bit so I can get the jeans over them!

I'm now onto the beta phase (started week 2 today) and throughout the alpha phase I always followed the modifier until week 5 when I felt able to follow Shaun T although I still occasionally follow the modifier in the beta phase when I get tired. I'm nearly finished week 1 of beta and I love it! I've lost several inches on my stomach and thighs and lost a couple of pounds too. I've also noticed my strength has increased as well!

Nearly finished week 3 of the Alpha phase and TBC is by far one of the hardest I've ever done! I always substitute it for something else like lower focus or speed 1.0.

From last night and today I went from 201.8 to 199.8. Although it can vary from what I eat. Sometimes it goes as high as 204 but I always lose it when I drink loads of water.
