Because of bad hip and knee pain, I've been doing Leslie Sansone's videos and Jessica Smith's videos as well and I have to say it's making a huge difference! My question is, what exercise would I log it under on MFP? I've been logging it under calisthenics but I'm not sure that's right. Help appreciated :)

Calorie deficit
Ok so I've been reading a lot about TDEE and calorie deficit but I still can't make sense of it so can anyone explain it to a simpleton like me? :) according to a TDEE calculator it's 2498 and my net calorie goal daily on MFP is 1,310. What does this mean and how much weight will I lose a week? Thanks!

Hi everyone, so in my last post I spoke about Slim In 6 which I find is great for my knees however I don't know how many calories I'm burning while doing the full 35 minute workout.
