  • :) thank you One of my favourite breakfasts is some defrosted mixed berries in bottom of a glass, a layer of oats , top with a few spoonfuls of fat free yogurt and repeat. Use. Only half a cup of oats, 1 cup offices berries and 1 200g pot fat free yogurt. Make it up the night before and leave in fridge . Very filling xx
