You don't only get protein from meat and dairy... Look up on google/bing other natural ways to get protein! Like nuts and fruits that are all natural and healthy. Once you do cardio, that'll help with muscles and There are many other natural ways to consume protein

If you don't mind drinking tea, try green tea for a few weeks then "upgrade" to oolong tea! It definetly helps keep the weight off even without working out
