Lacto-ovo vegetarian. Struggling with lowering carbs when the majority of my proteins are high in carbs too (e.g. lentils and chickpeas). Any suggestions besides tofu? I eat eggs but to be honest I just don't love it - but it's been the easiest way for me to get a low carb protein.

I will add you too. I'm 40, 5'4" and 142. My goal is around 128 but mainly i want the inches down and feel stronger. I'm at my heaviest and I don't like this feeling at all. I am vegetarian and I am really dedicated to my Sunday meal prep.

Anyone have any vegetarian lunch ideas that are easy to prep, have protein and delish? I am trying to cut down on TVP because those products are so processed but I am struggling with other easy protein sources that keep me full. I typically bring quinoa salad, veggie burgers without the patty, and lentil soup.
