Sounds like me too! I struggle everyday with trying to fit in some sort of exercise. I have try to stay get in 75 grams of protein, no more than 50 grams of fat, no more then 50 grams of sugar, and at least 25 grams of fiber. This helps me focus on the right mix of foods but include cardio and strength training would help…

I'm werry39 and learning a lot about making every bit count. My goals are to have 6 balanced mini meals which seems to be coming along ok. However I am desperate for a daily workout schedule.
