OK then just switch to the fat-free "Mountain Dew diet"
-
That is horrible and I feel very bad for you. Take care of yourself try to change to a healthy lifestyle before it's too late

Cut out the daily Mountain Dew...or at least switch to diet

Personally I didn't start dropping significant weight until I cut carbs and sugar...you may want to look into that

You have more sugar at breakfast than you should have for an entire day...try cutting back on that and see what happens

Have lost just over 20 lbs in 10 weeks ~ 10% body weight. Feels great at 46 yrs old to have a 33-inch waist again

In 2 weeks I leave for Thailand for a short 10 day trip and will not log my food. Last year I went there 3 times and lost 5-7 lbs each time without even trying. I eat more frequently (Thai food and fruit) but the portions are smaller and the types of places I like don't use processed food...street carts and…

I view MFP the same as a spreadsheet I use to track my finances and net worth. I have developed good habits and generally make good decisions however it's nice to see the numbers also.

Serious question: Is 0.4 carb in one egg really an issue? I love the low carb way of eating and am very happy with the results so far but I never want to get to that point.

Looks like your sugar intake is high...

I am 45 years old and 6-feet tall (183 cm), have gone for 202 lbs to 181 lbs since Feb and back to a 33-inch waist. I feel great, am never hungry, and my energy levels have increased...also just doing 60 min light cardio (walking and bike…

Good advise...lost 22 lbs in 8 weeks eating this way along with light exercise (walking/bike riding). Nice not to deal with feeling hungry. Watch "Fat Head" on YouTube

I would avoid foods with a high glycemic index if trying to lose weight.

My favorites are Sailor Jerry/Coke Zero (or) Vodka/Soda water with lime. Pretty much stopped drinking beer since going low carb...used to love the IPAs but now have a Miller Lite occasionally. Also enjoy a glass of cabernet once in a while

Keep an eye on the carb levels in the sweetcorn

Calories In Calories Out I also average about 20g carbs a day and have no issues with feeling tired or lack of energy. CICO left me feeling hungry most of the time but haven't had that issue yet with a low carb diet. The hard part was reducing the fruit in my diet...eat mostly berries now. BTW, I'm 46 years old and have…

I drink one vodka soda every evening and am still having good results with weight loss (1-2 lbs/week)
