Yep I am a repeat offender as well. I did have success in the past but work injury, depression and general carelessness I put the weight back on and then some. I am back now and I am very motivated. Good luck with your journey!

Good for you 60lb loss is awesome. I've never been thin either but I know I definitely felt better when I was lighter. I have lost 10lbs so far and I am hopeful.

Lettuce wraps. You can use different proteins for the filling and by cutting out bread you are down on carbs, calories, etc. Steamed veggies alone or with chicken, shrimp.

Well this week I planned out a five day menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. I did my grocery shopping and adjusted the menu as needed but did my best to stick to it.

I have bad days when I am out with friends or family who aren't as concerned about the food as I am trying to be. I try not to beat myself up though.
