  • 1200 is low, especially with exercise. I set at 1600. Only thing I don't count is my coffee. It's my only cheat but with an hour a day of running, I figure it's the first to go; )

  • I have the same issue with chocolate. I would start out with one serving and end up eating an entire box of Hershey s, chocolate covered nuts or fruit, etc. I would wake up the next morning, tell myself I lost control and will be on track today only to fall off the Wagon an hour later.   • I am struggling to lose. I increased cardio to work off tummy and cut back food and no weight loss. I hate blaming stress and I don't want to eat more. I don't do any beads or pasta either. Not sure where to go??!!??
  • I have never used social media to network, other than email anyways. Thought I would give this a try as I have hit a plateau in weight loss and need a way to avoid over snacking!!
