I have been gluten and dairy free for two weeks. Doing an elimination diet, but might just keep it up after the month is over. I have been steadily losing weight and have way more energy than before. My diary is open. Feel free to add me.

I'm 5'2" as well and didn't lose any weight after 3 weeks restricting to 1200 calories. I decided to lower it by 100 and it worked. I have been steadily losing 2 pounds per week since then. Find your maintenance, then slowly reduce from there to going your deficit. Good luck!
