I really love this idea as we close out 2017. I went to Bath and Body Works the day before Christmas and left a coupon for $10 off on a display rack for someone to pick up. Later that day, I went to the grocery store and as I was picking up orange juice, I noticed that someone left a coupon for $1 off. It made my day!

I didn't have to go on a liquid diet prior to surgery. I was on a high protein, low carb diet for two weeks prior to surgery though. I thought that was hard at the time because my calories were reduced drastically.
