Just started here myself so will add you and would be great if others added me too. I am 41, weight 15.4 st(98kg) working to get down to 12.6 st-(80kg). I have 2 dogs so plan on walking with them a lot and also go to gym to do cardio and yogalates. I need to revamp my eating habits and would be great to have some support…
