It is. It's pretty damn good. Edited to add: It's not overwhelmingly cinnamon-y, which I really liked as well. And, back on topic, I wish they made little snack packs. Would be perfect for Hallowe'en as a nice dessert for @NovusDies ' soup. :)

@Carlos_421 - As an aside, I bought these the other day and thought of you. They're freaking awesome!

Or you could just go all high-brow and call it fondue. :D

FIFY. o:) :D

The other thing that figures into the equation is finding out which 'sacrifices' you are (or aren't!) willing to make to reduce calories. For me, for example, that means having the pizza that I love less often and reducing the quantity that I eat, too. Things like low/no fat cheese or cauliflower crusts are *not* gonna…

Yup. It's all about figuring out how to best get the most bang for your caloric buck. This will vary widely from person to person as it's based on personal food preferences.
-
It's not really off topic, though. Perhaps OP meant that it's the parents stocking up on treats that's the real problem, here. :D

We need your address. For research. Think of the children!

^^This. Intermittent Fasting will only work for weight loss if it helps you consume less calories than you normally do. Other than that, there's no inherent extra benefit.

You should throw the squid in the soup and call it done.

I remember those! They were awesome! Had a neighbour who made caramel apples every year. That was the only piece of fruit I didn't mind getting. <3

When I was a kid, we used to get tons of fruit, especially apples and oranges. Hated it because a) it was fruit, not candy and b) it took up waaaaay too much room in the bag and make it heavy as hell. Thankfully, the pins and razor blades thing put an end to that nonsense by the time my daughter was trick-or-treating. :D…

The one with "the mother" is a bit more pricey, but likely still doable. And the payback in self-righteousness would be so worth it. :D

Make it apple cider vinegar and you have the virtue-signalling bingo.
-
No dressing, dude. Dressing has calories. <nods>

PS: Pretty sure the OP was being more than a bit tongue-in-cheek when he started this thread. It's called humour. Some of y'all need to find a sense of it. Maybe put it on your Christmas list this year? :D

They're not called Mockumentaries for nothing. ;)

This ^^

But do you eat the red ones last, even though they're not Smarties?

You'll likely be walking a lot at Disney, so there's that. I'm in the don't stress about it camp. It's a vacation - relax, enjoy, have fun. Try to make decent food choices. Worry about any fallout when you're back home. Oh, and if you're flying there and back, don't freak out when you step on the scale when you get home.…

And google "Pinterest recipes."

To the bolded: An under-active thyroid can be easily remedied with getting on the correct dosage of medication, though. So many people just blame their thyroid for their obesity when, if they'd gone to a doctor, the situation - if indeed it was thyroid-related - can be rectified. I've been hypothyroid for 4 decades. I've…

Don't see why not? :)

Get one of these. Hands-free beer drinking, and a helmet in case you fall off.

^^^ This!

I've found the same thing happening now with "Gluten Free." Stuff gets labelled as gluten free that never, ever, contained any in the first place! :D

I used to hunt for my reading glasses all the freaking time. Finally put those suckers on a leash and changed my life! So I'm a big proponent of captive as opposed to free-range. B)

Then why are you doing IF? There's no special magic that IF provides. It's simply a way for some people to reduce their calorie intake by limiting the time frame during the day in which they eat. It's not for everyone, and you may be one of those people who might be better off trying something else. :)

This! So it looks like @Makatees , calorie restriction *does* work for you. Just like every other person on the planet. ;)
