I like risiM answer "starting again next meal" because a lot times I tell myself that I will start over the next day or start over the beginning of the following week. But if we can just jump right back on track with our next meal :) that shows determination in this challenging journey

An aerobic instructor once told me... instead of a cheat day, just have a cheat meal... which kinda made since to me because if we cheat all day long eating whatever we want chances are the weight we lost for the week will meet up with us again in days to come. So have a cheat meal and balance it out by eating healthier…
