Hi I hope your knee feels better soon. Do you have an activity tracker? I connected my Fitbit to my WW and that is how I get my fitpoints. You can also manually add them when you exercise

Have you tried Sara Lee 45 calorie bread? It is only 1 SP for one slice. Thomas light English muffins are only 3 SP. I can't and don't go without carbs. If I do I am hungry too. I limit them but I make sure they are part of my diet. Fruit with yogurt has helped me for a snack when I am hungry.

This was the first week double tracking. Official weigh-in is this morning at WW. My scale shows 1.5 loss. Double tracking was time consuming. I liked seeing that food wasn't "free" everything has calories
