I tend to eat breakfast when I get to work, I can't eat as soon as I wake up because the thought of food makes me feel sick. I have weird shifts so breakfast time is either 9:15am or 9:45am. My breakfast is usualy only something small as well because I'd rather have a bigger lunch to keep me going till dinner.

I went to a birthday party today, I am over 200 calories over my daily intake. I am not sorry. I have been under all week and the birthday cake was awesome! ;)

Hi all :-) Thank you for all your advice, I weighed myself this morning (I do it every Monday) and I have lost 3 lbs this week.

Thank you :smile: It's ok some diets work better for some and not well for others. I am happy now using this app, I feel much better for knowing what and how much I am eating. I almost feel lighter already and in a happier mood.

Thank you, that's a good idea. I have strange hours and it doen't really leave time for me to do much in the evenings but I do try. I like walking at lunch but it has been horrible weather today.

I can never eat just after waking up. I work in London so I eat breakfast when I get to work.

I have tried the 5:2 diet, I suffer from migraines if I don't eat and it just made me ill. My partner nearly passed out one time as well.

I have in the past eaten just two tubs of shop brought mash potatoes for dinner, mash is my favourite thing apart from chocolate. I also used to regulary share a ben and jerry's tub of ice cream with my partner, this was almost a weekly ocurance. I haven't either of these for a month because I really couldn't bare with how…
