I do hot yoga 3 times a week and completely agree... It's exhausting BUT does not get your heart rate up there like true cardio does. That being said I walk for an hour on my days of hot yoga and on opposite days do strength/cardio intervals. That works best for me for mind/body balance.

Also, I will eat meat for breakfast/lunch but not dinner per recommendation from my homeopathc Dr

I have a very hard time digesting meat... Low stomach acid. I feel that way after too much meat... I try now to stick to only seafood and meat once in awhile (mainly turkey/chicken). I find pork and beef to be the hardest on my tummy.

That's awesome!! I am thinking of using that for my summer home workout when my girls are on summer break. Did you follow the meal plan or just log and keep your calories in check?

I do the 30 Day shred 2/3x a week and 75 min of hot yoga 3x a week at a studio. I love the shred for a quick cardio/strength workout. I always follow it with an hour walk outside . I get bored easily so I change things up quite often;)

I go 3x a week. I do 75 minutes of hot infrared yoga flow... Not Sauna;) I also do 2/3 days of strength and walk an hour almost every day. The yoga helps with keeping me flexible and lowers my stress levels. So great! Good luck!
