My week in summary...a train wreck! My favorite Lenten meals would be... Fried Salmon with a huge serving of buttered Broccoli or Fish (usually bass) battered in almond flour & fried in coconut oil. Both low carb :)

I want to get back to around 130 as well. Being, fit, trim and healthy is my goal. I was at 135 but between the holidays and weaning baby #3, it has crept back up again. I'm 5'8 and my weight loves to sit around my middle. I'm also an emotional eater and stress is a big trigger.
