  • I'm so glad I found this thread. Dr just took me off of the diuretic and cut my bp pill in half. I noticed this morning the scale went up a couple of lbs. Got worried.   • Hubby makes me about a 10-12", pre-made dough, with provolone, mozza cheeses and pizza sauce; on the thin side. Veggies are usually peppers, sometimes pineapple.
  • Did the count on the pizza - omg!! :o :over 1200 calories and that's without the veggies...so will be eating very small portions. But it's once a week - have to indulge every now and then, right?

  • We walk almost every night, for about 45 minutes, in the neighborhood; longer when we hit the trails in the woods. Always take the pooch with us. Weight and inches are coming off slowly but it does work. Need to walk at a decent pace if possible.
  • It does come down to discipline! My better half wakes me at 5:30 every morning so I can get my 30 minutes of workout in. We're in bed by 10, and I'm up by 5:30, excepts for weekends - maybe by 6:30.
