Once your body gets used to what you're doing it starts to maintain. You'll need to switch something up- change of food and/or push a little harder in your work out. Whole foods give you better nutrition than processed (not sure what your diary is like) rule of thumb is to stick to things with 5 ingredients or less.

Hey! Welcome. Work out tip #1: Start with 30 minutes of cardio 2 days a week. When you're sweating you're losing fat so try and sweat at whatever you chose to do. Same here I've lost 27lbs and have only 20 more to go but these last few are a struggle!

It helped me to jump start healthy eating, I did it a few times and eventually was able to incorporate other foods little by little. I love "great" food and was living to eat not eating to live.

Make up waffle batter (whole wheat/hemp seeds) it is good in the fridge for 4 days. Eat it with blueberries. Fills you up until lunch so you don't have to eat too much of it.
