Once your body gets used to what you're doing it starts to maintain. You'll need to switch something up- change of food and/or push a little harder in your work out. Whole foods give you better nutrition than processed (not sure what your diary is like) rule of thumb is to stick to things with 5 ingredients or less.

Hey! Welcome. Work out tip #1: Start with 30 minutes of cardio 2 days a week. When you're sweating you're losing fat so try and sweat at whatever you chose to do. Great snack ideas: Tuna w/ pepper on whole wheat or flax crackers, salad with low fat cheese, cranberries, spinach, nuts, cabbage, broccoli, vinegar & olive oil.…

Same here I've lost 27lbs and have only 20 more to go but these last few are a struggle!

It helped me to jump start healthy eating, I did it a few times and eventually was able to incorporate other foods little by little. I love "great" food and was living to eat not eating to live.

Make up waffle batter (whole wheat/hemp seeds) it is good in the fridge for 4 days. Eat it with blueberries. Fills you up until lunch so you don't have to eat too much of it.
