I just try to find healthier versions of the things I like and eat the correct serving size. I've been making a lot of homemade flatbread pizzas, rather than splitting a stuffed bacon cheese crust pizza from Pizza Hut, for example.

I did a moderate cycle for 30 min before work today, plus work keeps me somewhat active. I keep having to jump in Paddle Boats and move them across the lake. :)

Been doing a light cycle on a stationary bike, ate a couple cookies ;) I don't sit still very long. Was seriously about to go do more intense exercise before getting distracted.

I figure as long as I don't feel sick, don't feel exhausted, and am eating a balanced diet, I'm good. I can add calories later.

Its a "kickstart" thing. I plan on losing about 4 pounds a week between now and April, then slowly upping my calories after learning to make the most of the food. I appreciate your concern, and I have a loose goal of 1,000 cal. My 1,000 cal goal is if I sit on my booty and do nothing all day. If I get hungry after my exercise, I'll eat something healthy. Its as simple as that. I just asked for excise ideas aside from riding my bicycle. Thanks
