honestly i don't know what i'm going to continue. I changed my medicine and have 0 diet restrictions. I exercise enough too. i can't loose weight even if i exercise, eat right, and drink water. So i guess if i have to focus on something it would be to make half my plate veggies.

I plan ahead and buy healthy food. I also don't look at other people plates during meals and compare mine. It's pointless. I'm making the better decision for my body.

My first strategy would be to exercise more, to burn the calories. My second is to give myself a zero tolerance rule for foods which i know are bad for my body, like french fries, or chicken fried steak. My rule is to never eat them.

Like Susan I already have a set routine for exercise each day. Although i have to constantly work to have my routine, it doesn't come easy. I workout in the mornings before work. I don't allow myself to come to work until my workout is complete. I follow a schedule for exercising, specific days for running, swimming and…
