  • Thank you so much for your input! I didn't know there were so many free resources out there. I had no idea where to start, so this will be extremely helpful. Do you all have a workout plan you follow? For example, do you work lower body one day, upper body another? If it's not completely obvious yet, I'm a super newbie!
