Until I figure out what it will take to meet my goals as far as net calories and nutrient balance and adequacy, I will be posting daily with adjustments. Weight: 164.2# Walk 5 miles in order to get calories burned to 2200 kcal per day. Other area of improvement needed- 6 cups water per day.
