An emotional and intellectual connection with that person. Like when both of you are sitting at a table with other people and you can just look and the other person and have a conversation with them without saying a word, I think that's the most important thing for me and is what separates a "crush" from just pure physical…

Enough protein but not optimal if you are trying to build lean mass.
-
there is no calculator online that can give you an exact number, you have to eat steadily at a certain amount of calories and then weigh yourself/measure to see if you gain/lose fat.
-
No and I don't care if girls don't shave/wax theirs either.
-
Only way to temporarily reduce it is to warm up the area, other then that eat enough food to recover properly.
-
220g of protein are you a professional bodybuilder/strong man? ;D
-
Nothing beats Myprotein 11lb bag with 30% or more off. If you are consuming upwards of 50g protein a day then buying the smaller ones will get pricey in the long run and buying in bulk will help you save a ton of money. I am currently drinking Salted Caramel flavour which is really good, ofc with milk since water is bleh.

Asparagus is a good natural diuretic.

If I was only trying to lose weight (not maintain muscle mass & strength) then I would totally water fast, nothing will melt fat faster than doing that.

If you want bigger glutes you should be doing medium to heavy work not cardio, I see waaaay to many women use extremely light weight and they just won't see the same hypertrophy results as doing 5-12 reps of a medium/heavy weight. Deep Squats, Deadlifts, Hip Thrusts, hip extension exercises basically. I like the "back"…

Crisps - I prefer slightly salted ones, sour cream & onion is good too, ranch spiced ones with dip, dill, cream cheese and the list goes on and on.. I would say for every 10 lbs of fat I put on me 7-8 of those are from crisps, rest would be food & some chocolate but crisps really triggers happy feelings for me.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6476790 This is one of the studies, in lean subjects it was over 30% of the calorie content of the protein they ingested. In obese it was roughly around 20% IIRC. http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/90/3/519.full Shows that glucogenesis, the process that turns amino acids into useable…

It doesn't matter if it's high carb or high fat diet, they are both energy sources and are very accurate in terms of the calories they give the body even after digestion. I should have made myself more clear in my comparison split, what I am trying to say it's the protein that makes the difference and will not give you the…

Calories are indeed what matters for weight loss but the problem is that people don't understand the digestion and system the body uses to process the food we eat and how it creates energy from it. People think 1 gram of protein equals 4 calorie after being processed but that's not the case. It might CONTAIN 4 calories…
-
It takes significantly more energy to digest protein than carbs/fat which means calories will be burnt in the process. I think protein is somewhere around 20-30% of the content and carbs 7% fats are like 3%. Study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6476790 Also the cost of gluconeogenesis, converting Proteins to energy…

It's not irrelevant at all, you will lose weight faster with a diet that consists of 50P / 30F / 20C rather than 10P / 30F / 60C even if the calories are the same.
-
What's your macros like? Protein/Fat/Carbs?
-
You will lose weight faster if you consume a higher amount of your calories from protein rather than fat/carbs.
-
They MAY look worse because when you diet you will retain less water in your muscles, thus they will appear saggier. Just like when you get an awesome chest pump they look slightly better than before, since the muscles expand and the fat is basically "held up".

If they haven't asked you for your number in 2 years they must be getting desperate.

How do you know that they are arrogant if you've never spoken to them before? Perhaps they are just confident in themselves.

17-18% really nice for a female.

Chucks/Anything with a solid flat sole for Powerlifting Adidas (Power Perfect 2/adiPower) or Nike (Romaleos 2) or anything with a raised heel for Olympic Lifting
-
You are not supposed to come up with the hips before your chest, The idea is to generate power from the hips and have the upper body act as a static stabilizer. Otherwise you end up performing "good mornings" Also this is more advice for a low bar squat as with a High bar or Olympic Style(Pretty much vertical upper body)…

The cheapest, 10$ per 2.2LBS. Saves A LOT in the long run and it's the same anyway.

It's actually pretty difficult to over train, assuming you are getting enough sleep for YOU and that you are eating at or above maintenance(which it seems like you do) Muscle soreness is an indicator of working out a muscle that has not been worked out & or to an extent which it's not used to. Usually muscle soreness will…

Cut to desirable body weight and lean bulk IMO, I know it's not what you want to hear but that's the best way to continually getting gains. I'm cutting down to 9% at the moment and going to lean bulk after that for a very long time. Excess calories(energy) will make you stronger sure, however it will also put on…

Most likely low blood pressure(normal) and it spikes during exercise. It's nothing dangerous and by being active it elevates and remains regulated.

Work harder to achieve gratification faster.

Damn, you look like you are in your early 20s no joke. And nothing has changed just because you had your birthday.
