I use 2 cups of spinach right now. I might try making some green smoothies when I get settled in my new place next month!

I usually make a quinoa veggie salad. Bake up a batch and I have it for lunch. I throw in any veggies I have. Usually peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, spinach. I used to throw feta cheese in it, but not anymore.

I had one day where I Did 5km in an hour. By the end of the week I'm hoping for 6km an hour.

I use map my walk. It calculates calories burned for me. I'm working hard, 7km a day. I am Canadian so I don't work in miles Lol. But I used to be unmotivated to do anything. I'm slowly losing, and hopefully this week coming I can be in the 10min a km. Fingers crossed I surpass my goal of losing 10lbs this month.…

Thanks everyone!! I might try to up my distance and do 7km every day and try to lower that time! I can't afford any kind of pedometer, and can't seem to find a good free one in my app store. Slow and steady wins the race I suppose!
