  • That's always a bonus when you can start to eat more normally. I full on carbo loaded in my first trimester and could only stomach mashed potato.lol. Have tried to be as sensible as possible since and not just eat junk..luckily haven't had cravings for burgers this time around, much to my husbands disappointment!lol

  • I do love that it tells you how much you're having for fats/sugar etc. Brilliant for you to be able to track carbs and fingers crossed the glucose test went well :)
  • Ha ha I am much the same! This is a handy app just to keep a track as then I figure you're a lot more aware of what your putting in. Unfortunately I seem to eat a lot of sugar (damn you wine gums!) so trying to cut down on those...with not much luck!!lol. Good luck with your pregnancy :)
  • Yeah I figured the maintain option was best as you only need 200 extra calories and that isn't until the final trimester,week 26. At times I have wanted to gorge so this has helped keep me in check :smiley:
