Turn around... Let me see the front part

People just act differently around me. They pay more attention. If you were getting stepped on emotionally by people when you were heavier you probably will be when you are lighter. Demand respect by informing people you worked hard. It was not given to you. Also, people who insult you are obviously insecure with your…

That's pretty awesome . Do not understand how losing 25 pounds a month is substainable ... But that is awesome!!

Maybe you are losing weight in other areas...

Soy? If you are a menopausal woman. Sorry that stuff is utter crap. I do not care what report from the breast cancer research center came out. Soy in any form sucks. phytoestrogens suck. Home made almond milk made with fresh almonds and a cheese cloth. Unpasturized farm milk. Those are good. Otherwise cows milk is for baby…

Soybeans? Ew. Have some proestrogen why dont ya... Do you know your bodyfat %? If you do not how do you know how much it will take to get "ripped"? How much fat you truly need to lose?
-
S C A L E Really if you have to ask... You do not know. If you do not know... You are flying blind. Once you have scaled for a while you'll get it but you really need 3-6 months of scale time... You REALLY need to retrain your brain and expectations on what a serving size really is.

Sympathy is feeling sorry for people... Empathy is feeling how they feel because you have been through it... I am not a proponent of the top because I know what it took to get to the bottom. Because you have lost and got there or your body was easy to get there, or you had the emotional ability to get there does not mean…

eating more protein and less carbs is a good way to HELP maintain muscle while losing BF %. I eat a 39% protein /54% fat / 7% carbs. That's right around 35 carbs a day where I stand now. Personally I like the full feeling I get out of eating low carb. Fat keeps me full. I don't eat grains. I've lost 82 pounds or so eating…

Its 80/20. You build a house by putting up the walls. The foundation. Wiring it. But what good is a house without a roof?
-
Here is the thing... When you lift weight and do it to build muscle just expect your weight to increase. Muscles retain more water and it is heavier than fat. Get a bf% device and try to meassure yourself. Scale weight is going to have you panicing.

Walk... Until you feel comfortable to Jog... Until you feel comfortable to Run... Also if you can get on a stationary bike its a great low impact calorie burner
-
Yes... It is dangerous. You are dealing with heavy weight and equipment. Pay attention, get a good instructor and listen, focus on form... You will be fine. No excuses
-
I smoked and ran for a long time. I didnt want to kick the habit... You will be fine. When you are ready get yourself a patch and try again. It takes 7-8+ attempta to quit so don't get too down on yourself.

Have you tried biking? I know it seems basic but bicyclists are some of the leanest athletes for a reason... They burn through calories very fast. Yesterday I rode bike here in New York for like 30 minutes and burned over 600 calories.

A. Do you know your bodyfat %? Get some calipers and understand what your body composition is. How are really going to know how much fat you need to lose if you do not know your body composition? Lean Body Mass (LBM) is what counts... Scale weight is only an indicator. B. Your body will decide how it will lose the weight.…

Limit carbs. Watch my calories. Very little processed food.

Oil is your friend once you understand while it is CICO, there are calories that will keep you full. Longer. I eat: Olive, avocado (great for high heat stirfries), walnut oil, coconut oil (great saturated healthy fat), and grassfed animal fat (oh GOD Ghee is so damn good.) I stay FAR away from; veggie oils, soy, corn,…

They are great lo-carb option. They taste great when you mix them with good sauces. I also like zucchini from a spiralizer... Maybe a bit more

Made the move to Almond Milk a long time ago. Lactose, pasturization, and other factors just had me switching (Paleo). It is best to make your own if you can because many of the ones in the cartons are packed with fillers.

* watching the skin on certain bodyparts droop when you are so use to seeing them full (of fat.) * Stretch marks deep as caverns * Going past a window, seeing a reflection and double taking * People commenting on how good you look * Slipping into a suit you havent worn in a long time and realizing it is too lose now Im not…
