Quit getting on the scale looking for a change! I am body recomping and to be honest I care little about the scale outside how it helps me get my Lean Body Mass (LBM.) Want to find something much more fun and rewarding to track? (I like messurements but they arent my favorite.). Track your LBM and bodyfat %. Do you really…

Drink more water. It really does help

As I said, everyone is different. This person is asking about keto and lo-carb. Your baked potato meal is converted into glyserol at a pace that just does not work in my system. To be quite frank baked potatos are not lo-carb. Pit your baked potato againstan avocado and I will guarantee you a person NOT eating carbs will…

This is like my favorite chart. I eat 60% fat, 35% protein, 5% carb Everyone's body is different. Lo-carb diets have one good advantage... They keep you full. They are great for helping to maintain lean body mass (much more inportant then just pure numbers off the scale.) Keto is pretty fat rich. Great if you are just…

I eat grasses beef bacon. You couldn't pry that out of my cold dead hands. :D 500 calorie bacon?! You may need to recalculate your bacon calories because that is just plain wrong. I have 4 Oz's and it was like 300 calories.

Burpees are devil spawn exercise. Love them! Id recommend lifting personally. 5x5 strong lifts will help you lose inches if your body to fat ratio is high from the pregnacy. Eat a lean high protein diet to maintain mass and take body messurements. You'll enjoy the results more. Scales in the short term can be the tough for…

Not all weightloss is the same. I do not care what anyone on here says about calorie defict. 182 pounds at 20% bodyfat vs 182 at 12% bodyfat is a very big difference. Take it from someone who had just over 18% bodyfat and lost 100 pounds. I was a smaller fat person. Macros matter!

The calories... Count and see how many you get with just them! I would counter that no matter what you will lose weight when you are in a deficit... However you WILL almost certain eat up lean body mass, AKA muscle.

Optimum Nutrition. Hydro Builder chocolate after workout - great amount of Macros and absorption rate post workout Whey and a Casein I personally blend in the afternoon - double chocolate and good amount of BCAAs... Also fills my belly up nicely Casein double chocolate before I go to bed - because I dont want to fast…

1gm protein per lean body weight. Add more good fat... Coconut oil, avocado, olive, walnut oils. Remove more carbs

You can friend me. I had to get down from 100 before. Its about consistency... It is only daunting if you say and believe it is. Who is to say it is? It is fun planning out meals. It is fun trying different foods and preparing them It is fun to set goals It is great watching your body transform

Lift. I once lost over 80 pounds and I basically looked like a smaller variation of myself. A smaller feeble yet chubby version. Measure LBM and BF% Scale weight goes slower but damn you will look better & clothes will fit better. Its difficult to lose weight and gain muscle. Lifting helps you retain your lean body mass.

I rarely can do cardio after I lift... I can barely move!

Look to organic, grassfed animal fats is the better way to go versus inflamation Omega-3 dense grainfed animal fats. The issue is one related to what the animal eats. As far as food restrictions, the concept is simple. Give me an example of nutritional dense food paleo restricts? Processed grains? Legumes? Both those items…

All I have to say is Paleo.

Sure. But that is half it. There is the emotional state but the conscious logic and the conscious emotional must come together

Do you know your Lean Body Mass? So important... scales really are not your best friend. By knowing your LBM you can really pinpoint the cause. Outside of that you are literally lost shooting in the dark. Get an Omnicrom bf machine on Amazon. They are fairly cheap and reasonably accurate. You take your bf% x your weight…

Some people comment and others do not. I notice the confidence I have and the real quality of engagement and energy people share with me. It is different. I dont want compliments. I want gasps of astonishment when I take off my shirt. Thats what I am focused on. Im about 40 pounds down.

I lift every other day (muscles need rest and fuel to grow...) and sometimes I cardio on a rest day. Arms I train often. I train legs after a upper body day only once a week (and I train legs to excessive failure.). Cardio is overrated... At least for my specific goals right now. Being sore is okay... But there is a…

Your body will decide how it loses weight... Understand your LBM and focus on bf% reduction. Best way to keep LBM up while reducing bf%? Lift weights. Build muscle. Feed it (protein).

With age comes wisdom. I figure every man will have his own goals in mind so there really is no ideal plan for all men. For me it's about leaning out while gaining muscle and losing weight. This takes a lot of patience and I am okay if my body weight goals do not go down 1-2 pounds per week. As long as that bodyfat…
