Beta Alanine and Taurine. Cheap and highly effective. Be prepared for pins and needle rage (so I like to call it). Feels like you are being pricked into working out. If you have no idea what your bodyfat % is how are you suppose to determine things? Find a way to test your BF%, understand your LBM and total fat - then determine what is best.

Juicing is great. The amount of antioxidants alone is significantlly more. If you are asking for scientific proof you should go try it yourself. Personally it is just too inconveniencing for me. Takes too much time to start with. Too much time to clean, source veggies. More power to OP though.
