Make sure you do not under eat because you hypothalamus will not reset when you start eating normal again. What will happen is you will feel ravenous and eat because your body thinks it needs to gain weight. You will fight it mentally but I can guarantee you your body will win. 30 pounds is a great start and should be…

Hey fellow keto folk. Lots of lifting. Lots of LC. Moving towards that below 10% bf number slowly but surely.

I do not like nuts in my diet much. Almonds are as far as I go. I prefer staying away unless really necessary (emergency unplanned snack.) dairy? I eat whey protein and casein, but outside of that I do not eat cheese, butter, or milk. I do eat ghee a lot... Typically I eat grassfed stuff...

If you need a quickie go for the shake with Casein for the start. Add your favorite berries and a bit of nut buyer or coconut milk for fat. Otherwise I am am avocado eating maniac. I love my eggs and ghee in the morning. I don't eat bread and out side an avocado an occasional berries no fruit!

Can I get some motivation buds!?
-
A. Setting the mind to the hard work That is to say, getting over the mental block. By that I mean being resolute in success and not giving in. B. Weighing food Its so simple, even a cave man can do it... Calories in, calories out. Eating the right omega-3 & omega-6 foods. C. Staying in ketosis For me 60/35/5 was the right…

Give me your friendship. I'll give you my support.

Yeah Scalet I have heard about the less intense version.

Let's be honest... Most Drs are over worked to even really care about anything without a management pill.

Yup precisely

Cocktails are a great thing for those unused calories, right?

Love my Aria. With my Microsoft Band and MFP I have a end to end, automated fitness solution.

Whatever motivates you, I suppose. I never found looking at TV motivates me. But that's just me. I feel cheap when I watch it and think I would be getting ripped off if I actually paid for it. Cable should be free of charge given how much junk is being sold to you. As far as the concept behind the show, if it's anything…

It's never about quantity, it's about quality. Choose to snack on good things. Veggies.

Sure... If you want to gain to back plus more... Eat less than your metabolic set point, cut calories, eat zero sugar, and cardio it away. You can also try fad diets and pills/potions for $300. Its all jeopardy at that point.

I'm trying to workout on an empty stomach for cardio. I don't eat until 20 minutes post workout
-
I like almond butter a lot more than peanut butter (I don't eat legumes)...

15% carbs 35% protein 50% fat Carbs from fruits and veggies (yams for glycemic load) Eating only grassfed meats and omega-3 eggs Fat from nuts, high omega 3 oils (coconut, walnut, olive and ghee) You lose weight and you won't be hungry. Too many carbs for many of us equates to hunger.
-
If you want to lose weight you need a calorie deficit. Right now to show muscle you need to lean out or gain more muscle... It's pretty much that simple. If you are asking if you look fat... Only you can answer that question.
-
Meditation and exercise... Really the easiest and most successful.

Below 10% BF is what I want personally. The weight is irrelevant yet relevant. Dropping BF% requires more than just diet IMHO. At the weight you are at to power a burn you are going to need to eat more food and lift for best results.
-
It's important to feel good and see results... That's what makes it fun, right? Don't give up.
-
H20... Drink a ton (more than a lot) and see if you can break it. It has worked for me.
-
Add me if you are a big fat loser because I am one and I want to support you to be one too. Already lost 40 (off here)... Going for my next 40 (on here.) Then one more 40... 120 total and 1/3rd there! Taking these weight goals in pieces. Rome wasn't built in a day. Success is a process not an end result. Yeah... I say…
