Hi, glad I found this group. I'm 54 and I've lost 102 lbs since March 2018. I still have 15 lbs to lose and it is much harder since I started lifting again.

54 I like to receive text notifications and text friends or family, but I have never liked speaking on the phone. Weirdly enough I do spend time on Discord with my son and friends, but its not like having a conversation.

Depends on you and your protein powder. I use protein powder with instant espresso and a sugar free Torani for breakfast and during my weightlifting sessions.

As you lose it will go down. I actually never took pictures of my back, but strength training will help tighten the skin as you lose. I found that elbow planks and side planks have helped a lot.
